抄録
We reported the present conditions of house call medical care in Mitoyo General Hospital focusing on the role of urologic section. Because of rapid progress of aging society, it seems that urologic patients requiring home call medical care such as urinary tract managements, urologic terminal care are increasing now. Particularly prostatic carcinoma patients in terminal needed home call medical care. From now on, we believe urologist should participate in home call medical care more positively.
