N2 - A Nepalese male in his thirties complained of chyluria. As the filarial body was detected in his blood smears, he was diagnosed as filarial chyluria. Lymphography demonstrated substantial leakage of iodized oil into the left renal pelvis, indicating fistula formation between retroperitoneal lymphatic tract and the renal pelvis. Chyluria was temporarily solved three days after the lymphography, followed by relapse. Given this result, the substantial leakage of iodized oil may possibly be a sign to indicate less therapeutic effectiveness of lymphography.
