抄録

The superconducting transition temperatures T_c of Sr₂(Ca,Sr)_n-1Cu_n(CO₃) _1-x(BO₃)_xO_y (Sr n = 1, 2) and Ba₂Ca_n-1Cu_n(CO₃) _1-x(BO3)_xO_y (Ba n = 3) have been measured under high pressure up to 8 GPa. The T_c values increase monotonically with respect to pressure for all samples. The maximum T_c obtained was as high as 128 K at 8 GPa in Ba₂Ca₂Cu₃(CO₃)_1-x(BO ₃)_xO_y.
