N2 - A terahertz chemical microscope (TCM) has been carried out to visualize the chemical potential distribution in μ-TAS. Since the TCM can detect the chemical potential at exactly where the femtosecond laser was irradiated, the spatial resolution less than 1μm, which is limited by the wavelength of the femtosecond laser, can be achieved. The μ-TAS was fabricated on the sensing chip and the distribution of chemical potential was successfully visualized using TCM.
