Abstract

A-WO3 films have been synthesized from an isolated polytungstic acid as a precursor and by RF magnetron sputtering. Framework structure of the a-WO films is also re-investigated in detail based on X-ray diffraction analyses, from which some new structural information are obtained, such as the formation of novel frameworks and the defect structure of the framework.
