Abstract

A case of MALT lymphoma of the urinary bladder is reported in a 90-years-old woman. Imaging features are not specific and similar to urinary bladder carcinoma. In MR images, the tumor shows iso-intensity to the muscle on the T1WI, relatively high-intensity on T2WI, very high-intensity on DWI and gradual contrast enhancement on dynamic study. Radiation therapy is effective and it has no relapse for 11 months after the therapy.
