Abstract
We present a case of Warthin's tumor with a simultaneously found pleomorphic adenoma in the same parotid gland. The occurrence of synchronous major salivary gland tumors with different histologic types in one patient appears to be unique. Moreover, the combination of different benign tumors is extremely rate. Only 29 cases of coincidence of different kinds of benign tumors occurred in one patient were found in our review of the literature. In Japan, only 2 cases were previously reported, and tumors occurred in the parotid gland and histologic type showed Warthin's tumor and pleomorphic adenoma.
