Abstract

• Transtibial pullout repair of LMPRT can reduce LM extrusion. • Other repair techniques of LMPRT may not reduce LM extrusion sufficiently. • Using the same tunnel for the PL bundle is minimally invasive. • Transtibial pullout repair might prevent cartilage degeneration in the knee.
