Abstract
We report three cases of orbital fat herniation. All of them presented with ocular swelling and slight ache in the eye and recognized a yellow mass under bulbar conjunctiva. Operations were performed, but there were no dysplasia by pathological examination. On CT, focal adipose tissue were seen close to an eyeball and recognized a continuity with the fat of the retrobulbar region. If these findings are recognized, orbital fat herniation can be diagnosed.
