Abstract
The solid solutions of strontium-calcium phosphate, γ-Ca3-xSrx(PO4)2 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2), have been synthesized under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. The products were well characterized by powder X-ray diffraction measurements and Micro-Raman spectroscopy. All the products are isostructural and belong to R-3m space group. With the increasing content of Sr in γ-Ca3-xSrx(PO4)2, the unit cell parameters (a, c, c/a, V) linearly increase, and the wavenumbers of Raman vibrational modes (v3, v1, v4, v2) also change in linear trends with different slopes.
