Abstract

Concept of object-oriented CAD/CAE environment is proposed for conceptual designing of advanced nuclear reactor. Method of describing common design information is proposed as an object-oriented database model which can be utilized for various engineering analyses dealing with nuclear reactor designing. A user-interface prototype is developed for constructing such object-oriented database model comprehensively.
