Abstract

We synthesized donor-acceptor charge-transfer complexes composed of BEDT-TSeF (or 'BETS') and TCNQ derivatives and obtained isostructural complexes represented as (BETS)2(X1X2TCNQ) (X1, X2=Cl, Br). The single crystals of (BETS)2(Cl2TCNQ) preserve the metallic state down to 2K.
