Abstract
X-ray studies of organic superconductors (DMET)2Au(CN)2, (DMET)2AuI2, (DMET)2I3, (DMET)2AuBr2 and (BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 reveal that no superstructure is formed but some kinds of structural change take place in the DMET salts. The changes are associated with electrical resistivity anomalies observed in them. In (BEDT-TTF)2Cu(NCS)2 a structural disorder is found.
