Abstract
Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) is investigated in a liquid parahydrogen droplet. We show that the liquid hydrogen droplet readily leads to a high-cavity Q value exceeding 109 for whispering gallery modes, and that the SRS in the liquid-hydrogen droplet proceeds not only for vibrational transition but also for rotational transition as in the gas-phase H2 system, leading to multiorder SRS sidebands covering the whole visible spectral range.
