Abstract
Qunatum solvation in 4HeN-N2O clusters were discussed. High resolution microwave and infrared spectra were used in the range N=3 to 12. It was found that cluster moment of inertia increases from N=3 to 6 and then starts decreasing. Results also showed oscillatory behavior for N=7 to 12.
