Abstract

This paper presents an electromagnetic induction eddy current-based continuous fluid heating appliance using voltage-fed quasi resonant high-frequency soft switching inverter with time ratio control scheme. Its power regulation characteristic are illustrated and this new consumer appliance is evaluated on the basis of its computer simulation and 4kW experimental setup.
