Abstract

This paper presents an approximate equation to evaluate the regulated output power of asymmetrical ZVS-PWM high frequency quasi resonant inverter for induction heating. Its approximate output power regulation characteristics derived from a theoretical point of view are discussed for induction heating loads as compared with the simulation results.
