Abstract

We present the quasi-two dimensional Fermi surface studies in rare earth and uranium compounds such as UX2 (X: Bi, Sb, As and P) and RTIns (R: rare earth, T: Co, Rh and Ir), together with UTGas. The present quasi-two dimensionality is closely related to the magnetic unit cell and/or the unique crystal structure elongated along the tetragonal [001] direction, which bring about a flat Brillouin zone and produce cylindrical but highly corrugated Fermi surfaces along [001].
