3. Conclusion We have measured v Q and I/T 1 for 63Cu in superconducting and non-Superconducting TISr2CaCu207_ ~ . In the superconducting material, 1/T 1 follows the TiT=const. relation only in a narrow temperature range above T c. This result together with the reduction of 1/TIT observed in the nonsuperconducting sample seems to support that the AF spin fluctuation is related to the occurrence of superconductivity. N2 - 63Cu NQR measurement has been carried out in superconducting and nonsuperconducting (metallic) TlSr2CaCu2O7-δ. In the superconducting material, 1/T1 follows the T1T=const. relation only in a narrow temperature range above Tc, suggesting the existence of the AF spin fluctuation. The reduction of 1/T1T observation the non-superconducting sample suggests that the suppression of the spin fluctuation by the overdoped hole destroys the superconductivity.
