Abstract
The behavior of one-dimensional discrete-time binary cellular neural networks (1-D DBCNN) with both the A- and B-templates was discussed. Necessary and sufficient conditions were given to make 1-D DBCNN stable for unspecified fixed boundaries. The stability conditions for the general case where α, β, γ do not vanish were shown, where α, β, γ represent A- and B-templates.
