Abstract

Wireless power transmission via magnetic resonance has been attracted and interested as long range wireless power transmission method. As a consequence, high-frequency inverter operating under high power conversion efficiency is required. In this paper, power conversion efficiency and power transmission efficiency of full bridge inverter using GaN devices are evaluated and discussed from the experimental point of view.
