Abstract

The branching fractions for the Cabibbo-suppressed decays are measured using the DELCO detector at PEP. The results, R ()=(0.590.18)% and R (K+n0)=(1.710.29)% including n=0, are in agreement with the standard theory of sequential leptons and with --e universality.
