Low lying magnetic excitations of newly proposed spin-Peierls system TiOBr was measured by inelastic neutron scattering technique. The correlation between lattice-spin-orbital cooperates to realize the one-dimensional quantum ground state in this system. At antiferromagnetic (AF) zone center localized magnetic signal was observed at the transfer energy of 10 meV. The integrated intensity shows speci c Q dependence that can be explained 1D AF dynamical structure.
