Lymphocyte membrane receptors in cultures treated with mitogen: enhancement of rosette forming activity

Ken-ichi Yamamoto, S. Natsuume, M. Takahashi

Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

Rosette formation by stimulated lymphocytes is not due to 'non specific' adherence of erythrocytes to the altered membrane of lymphocytes. It is dependent on the metabolic activity of stimulated lymphocytes, the majority of which are T cells. (Blum - Terre Haute - Ind.)
