Abstract
We report a case with leiomyosarcoma occurred in the broad ligament of the uterus and the differentiation from an ovary-derived tumor is difficult. It may have been diagnosed as a tumor originating from the ligament, based on careful radiographic interpretations of the association with surrounding organs and involved vessels.
