Abstract

A new 11(15→1)-abeotaxane diterpenoid (1) along with 11 known taxoids were isolated from the bark of the Chinese yew, Taxus mairei, and the structure was established as 9-deacetyl-9-benzoyl-10-debenzoyl-5-cinnamoyl-taxchinin A on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data.
