Intuitive appliance control system with ID acquisition

Abstract

This paper describes an appliance control system that uses the IDs of the user and the appliances. The system uses knowledge of appliance functionality and the user's need to simplify and unify the control processes performed by the user. Usability experiments conducted on a presentation system showthe advantage of the system.
