Abstract

Using in vitro transcription and translation systems, the synthesized protein products derived from murine cytokeratin no. 19 cDNA were immunoprecipitated by trophectodermal monoclonal antibody (TROMA)-3. Thus, murine trophectodermal cytoskeletal protein EndoC, an antigen for TROMA-3, is identical to murine cytokeratin no. 19.
