Abstract
We report the case of a 44-years old man who diagnosed with gastrointestinal tumor of the stomach underwent a laparoscopy-assisted partial gastric resection, which turned out to be heterotopic pancreas. On CT scans, a mass showed homogeneous enhancement relatively similar to pancreas that corresponded to the pancreatic acini predominant histopathologic composition.
