Abstract

A new taxane-glucoside was isolated from the needles of Taxus cuspidata. The structure was established as 2α,9α,10β-triacetoxy-11,12- epoxytax-4(20)-en-13-one-5α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) on the basis of 1D- and 2D spectral analyses.
