Field-induced thermal metal-to-insulator transition in underdoped La2-xSrxCuO4+δ

Underdoped LSCO was studied and a decrease in thermal conductivity with magnetic field upon going from the superconducting state to the field-induced normal state was observed. It was shown that this result is due to a novel thermal metal-to-insulator transition.
