Abstract

Dense b-axis-oriented ZSM-5 zeolite films with a thickness of approximately 300 nm were successfully synthesized on porous Y2O 3-stabilized ZrO2 supports. The films were produced via an in situ crystallization method based on a slow dissolution of solid source materials, which continuously supplies a superficial layer for the film growth.
