Abstract
Amorphous thin films of MoO3·nH2O and (Mo, W)O3·nH2O are fabricated by the spin-coating technique from peroxo-poly-molybdate and peroxo-polytungstomolybdate solutions. Some fundamental electrochromic properties of these films investigated in a LiClO4/propylenecarbonate solution are reported. The results are also discussed in relation to their amorphous structures.
