Abstract
The superconducting transition temperatures Tc of Sr2(Ca,Sr)n-1Cun(CO3) 1-x(BO3)xOy (Sr n = 1, 2) and Ba2Can-1Cun(CO3) 1-x(BO3)xOy (Ba n = 3) have been measured under high pressure up to 8 GPa. The Tc values increase monotonically with respect to pressure for all samples. The maximum Tc obtained was as high as 128 K at 8 GPa in Ba2Ca2Cu3(CO3)1-x(BO 3)xOy.
