Abstract

We instigated an educational program for urological laparoscopic surgery in 2005. To date, 14 urological doctors have participated in this educational program. The program is made up of three concepts, fix of the operator, uniformity of the operative procedure and a training schedule. We herein verify the suitability and success of this program.
