Abstract

In 516 cases of primary breast cancer operated from 1986 to 1993 year, DNA ploidy and overexpression of c-erbB-2 and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were examined, and these new prognostic factors were investigated in relation to clinicopathological findings, hormone receptors and incidence of recurrence.
