Abstract
This paper shows that a decentralized delayed-feedback control scheme can stabilize a homogenous state of a two-way coupled ring map lattice. This scheme uses a local delayed-feedback controller at each site. We derive a simple sufficient condition for the whole system to be stable. This condition allows us to design robust local controllers easily and systematically, since the condition does not depend on the system size. We show a numerical example to check the theoretical results.
