Coordination of product planning and transportation scheduling for multi level structured factory

Abstract

This paper deals with the coordination of product planning and transportation scheduling for mulu level structured factory. The whole problem is divided into product/transportation sub problems and transfer routing sub problems. In the scheduling of product/transportation, transportation time is assume to be a tentative value and SA method is used to make the schedule. In the routing, solution is derived by an autonomous decentralized optimization method referring predetermined product/transportation schedule. Then, the tentative transfer time is modified using the routing results. Iterative application of these procedures result in the coordinated product planning and transportation schedules.
