Control of terahertz wave front using arrayed terahertz emission device

Abstract

Arrayed THz emission device was proposed to control the wave front of THz. The simulation results indicated the THz wave front can be tilted by changing the emission pattern of the device. The 4×4 arrayed device was fabricated and the emission pattern was successfully controlled by the bias voltages.
