Abstract

The phytochemical progress and list of all the compounds isolated from the genus Euphorbia have been summarized. The summary also include the biological activities of compounds isolated in recent years and parts structure-activity relationships. The biological research on Euphorbia species has supported the use of some plants in traditional medicines or revealed the new activities on modern pharmacological levels.
