Calculus formation in urachal diverticulum: A case report

    Abstract

    We report the case of a fourteen year old female who had a calculus within a urachal diverticulum. The diverticulum was removed together with the calculus. On histological examination, the specimen was compatible with urachal diverticulum. The stone consisted of calcium phosphate and calcium oxalate.
