    Abstract

    The reactions of arylboronic acids with trans-PtPh(I)(PMe 2Ph)2 afford new arylboronato platinum complexes, trans-PtPh(OB(OH)Ar)(PMe2Ph)2, and diarylplatinum complexes, trans-PtPh(Ar)(PMe2Ph)2.
