Abstract
Recently, we developed novel tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α production regulators with a phthalimide skeleton derived from thalidomide. We show here that some of these compounds are more potent inhibitors than thalidomide of angiogenesis induced by basic fibroblast growth factor in a murine angiogenesis assay.
