Abstract

The authors have developed an integrated system for the design of rock slopes. Using this system, the stability of rock slopes at several projects under various geologic conditions are analysed and its effectiveness is checked by comparing the pre-excavation predictions and the post-excavation performance of the slopes. It is found that the developed system is proved to be efficient and capable of providing reliable answers for the designers. -from Authors
