A case of sarcomatoid carcinoma of the ureter

Abstract

Sarcomatoid carcinoma of the ureter is extremely rare. There are few reports concerning MRI and CT of sarcomatoid carcinoma of the ureter. CT showed a soft-tissue mass. T1WI showed low signal intensity. T2WI showed high signal intensity. These findings are recognized in transitional cell carcinoma. There is no diagnostic fingings. We report a case of sarcomatoid carcinoma of the ureter.
