    Abstract

We reported the third case of renal collecting duct carcinoma with high 67Ga uptake. On CT images, left renal infiltrative tumor with protrusion into the renal sinus was showed. The tumor was hypointense on T2-weighted MR images and was slightly enhanced. The two satellite tumors were also found. Left nephrectomy was performed. Pathological findings showed collecting duct carcinoma with two intrarenal metastases. We assume that high 67Ga uptake reflect a high grade and rapid proliferation in histology.
