Abstract
Cellular angiofibroma is a rare tumor and few cases were reported about MRI features. We reported a case of perineal cellular angiofibroma of a man in his 70s. On T2-weighted MR images, a well-demarcated inhomogeneous hyperintense mass was showed and it was gradually enhanced heterogeneously after gadolinium contrast. The mass was resected and the histopathological diagnosis was cellular angiofibroma. MR images reflected the edematous stroma with abundant collagen fibers and many small and medium -sized blood vessels in the tumor.
