Abstract
We reported a case of ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor, unclassified. MR images showed a huge ovarian tumor with multilocular cystic components and solid components and enlarged uterus. Solid components of the ovarian tumor showed early enhancement and delayed washout on dynamic MRI, and showed increased-uptake on FDG-PET. On laboratory data, E2 was elevated. Pathological diagnosis was ovarian sex cod-stromal tumor, unclassified.
