Abstract

We report a case of large subserous lipoleiomyoma preoperatively diagnosed by MDCT. In this case, MDCT study showed multiple bridging vessels between the mass and the uterus. With the detection of original organ, we preoperatively diagnosed the mass is lipoleiomyoma of the uterus, even though a rare tumor. Laparotomy was performed and the mass was resected. The histopathological diagnosis was lipoleiomyoma of the uterus.
