Abstract
This case was a 23 years old woman, and an intrapelvic mass was pointed out on sonography incidentally. The mass was lobulated and homogeneous. On CT and MRI, it showed marked contrast enhancement, hypointensity on T1-weighted MR images and hyperintensity on T2-weighted MR images. An operation was performed, and the lesion was diagnosed as Castleman's disease which occurred in the sigmoid mesocolon. Castleman's disease which occurred in the mesentery is rare. This case presented typical image findings of the hyaline vascular type of Castleman's disease.
